I have had PTC for about 4 years now...I was on diamox at first but that started making me very sick. They finally switched me to Lasix and it has worked wonders! PTC went away for about 1.5 years then came back this August. What a way to celebrate your 25th birthday! I was in the hospital with it on my 21st! I think if a lot of you are saying diamox and topamax arent working for you ask to try Lasix..or generic brand is Furosemide. I'm on 20MG once a day and so far its working great again. I still get headaches which I think may be sinus headaches but the Neuro says that they are all related to a migraine. I am also using Nasonex and a sinus medicine in addition to advil for the headaches. This is probably the best remedy that has worked for me. If they are extremely bad. I'll be at home in bed with ice packs on my head. Is anyone else having weekly/daily headaches?
